Arttech’s history has started in the early beginning of 1940’s by manufacturing single barrel shotguns,
pistols and hand tools in a small village of Trabzon, at the Blacksea region of Turkey.
In the leadership of Muzaffer Artkın, three brothers decided to move to Istanbul to carry out their production capabilities into a contemporary level in 1976.
Mualfa company continued manufacturing single barrel shotguns and also manufactured investment casting gun parts
for firearms manufacturers locally and internationally.
In the year of 1989 Vursan company which was the pioneer of innovations has been established.
